The socket head cap SEMS screws has spring lockwasher and flat washer. The flat washer protects delicate surfaces from damage while the split washer resists loosening from small amounts of vibration.
Socket caps have a small cylindrical head with tall vertical sides. Allen (hex socket) drive is a six-sided recess for use with an allen wrench or a hex insert driver bit.
